Uttarakhand Primary Teacher Recruitment

Introduction

Uttarakhand Education Board conducts recruitment for teaching positions through competitive examination. The selected candidates will be appointed as teachers, assistant teachers in the State. Other important TET notifications are Bihar TET, Rajasthan TET, Jharkhand TET, HP Teacher Eligibility Test, MP TET, Orissa TET, etc. Candidates can go through the detailed syllabus, eligibility and vacant government jobs at Drona.in.

Positions

For lecturers in inter college and teachers in schools, recruitment notification is released by Uttarakhand Public Service Commission and Uttarakhand State Council of Educational Research and Training.

Eligibility

To pursue a career in the field of teaching, aspirant requires a degree in education in addition to regular bachelor’s degree. A candidate with B.ed degree can apply for both lecturer and teacher posts if qualified in UTET and CTET.

Primary School Assistant Teacher

Age Limit: ­ 21 to 42 years (Relaxation in age as per Govt rules).

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree and B.Ed/ B.Ed (Special Education)/ D.Ed (Special Education) from a recognised College/University/institution with CTET­1/UTET­1 qualification.

Assistant Teachers

Age Limit : 21 to 40 years (Age relaxation applicable as per the Uttarakhand Government rules.

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree and B.Ed/ B.Ed (Special Education)/ D.Ed (Special Education). Must have qualified TET exam.

Uttarakhand Public Service Commission releases notification for Lecturer positions for Polytechnic college and Inter College.

Lecturers Positions

Age Limit : Between 21 and 42 years as on 1st July 2016.

Education Qualification: Post Graduation in respective subject or Diploma and B.Ed from any recognised university.

Age RelaxationAge relaxation is applicable as per the Uttarakhand government rules.

For Backward Communities – Fourteen percent of jobs are reserved for backward communities in the State.

For Scheduled Tribes and Castes – Twenty one percent of jobs are reserved for SC and ST candidates.

Notifications

  • Theory ­ (Marks% x 3) ÷ 10
  • Practical ­ (Marks% x 1.5) ÷ 10
  • TET Class 1 to 5 (CTET­1/UTET­1) ­ (Marks% x 1) ÷ 10.

General Studies Topic: Economic issues in India, National news (current), International issues, Scientific observations, National Dance, Handicrafts, Tribes, Artists, Tourism spots of Historical Importance, Sculptures and Famous Places.

Syllabus For Chemistry: Analytical Chemistry, Analytical techniques, Structure and Bonding, Acids and Bases, Redox Reactions, Nuclear Chemistry, Chemistry of Transition Elements, Inorganic reaction mechanism, Bio-inorganic Chemistry, Organic synthesis, Quantum Chemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Thermodynamics, Electrochemistry and Photochemistry.

Syllabus For Physics: Mathematical Methods, Classical Mechanics and Relativity, Quantum Theory and its Applications, Electromagnetic Theory, Thermodynamics and Statistical Mechanics, Atomic and Molecular Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, Nuclear and Particle Physics, Electronics, Experimental Physics.

Syllabus For Botany: Plant diversity, Taxonomy of Angiosperms, Angiosperm Anatomy, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Plant Biotechnology, Plant Biochemistry, Plant Biochemistry and Plant Physiology.

Syllabus For Zoology: The molecular structure of DNA and RNA, Principles of Mendelian inheritance, Gametogenesis, Classification and comparative anatomy of Prochordates and Chordates, A broad classification of Animal Kingdom, Principles of Mendelian inheritance, Immune systems and Biomolecules.

Syllabus For Geography: Geomorphology, Climatology, Oceanography, Biogeography, Geographic Thought, Population Geography, Settlement Geography, Economic Geography, Geography of India, Map making, Remote Sensing and Statistical Methods.

Syllabus For English: Vocabulary, Fill in the blanks, Grammar, Spot the error, Antonyms, Synonyms/ Homonyms, Sentence structure, Spellings, Passage, Verbal Comprehension passage, Verbs, Adjectives and Clauses.

Syllabus For Mathematics: Real Analysis, Complex Analysis, Algebra, Topology, Measure Theory and Functional Analysis, Differential Equations, Mechanics and Numerical Methods, Probability and Mathematical Statistics, Differential Geometry, Graph Theory and Mathematical Programming and Fluid Dynamics.
