Eligibility Criteria

Candidates have to fulfill the following requirements to apply for Power Groid Jobs.

Educational Qualification

• Field Supervisor: Applicants who have completed Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 55% marks for general, OBC (NCL) & ST categories and for SC category pass marks is enough from a recognized technical board/institute.
• Accounts: You need to complete a Degree in Accounts and statistics from any recognized university or board
• Assistant Engineer/ Junior Engineer/ Senior engineer: Candidates should possess BE/ BTech or graduation from any state or central level board to fill application for PGCIL recruitment
• Executive Trainee: Candidates should be a graduate in relevant field
• Diploma Apprentice Trainee: Candidate must have diploma certificate to fill PGCIL Diploma Trainee Application form
• Graduate Trainee: Should complete Graduation in relevant field from a recognised university or state level board

Experience

• Field Supervisor: Candidates who have one-year post qualification experience of construction/testing & commissioning/ electrical works etc. in rural electrification (RE), distribution management system (DMS) sub-transmission (ST) transmission lines (TLs) / substation (S/S) etc are eligible for the post of Field Professor.
• Senior Engineer & Deputy Engineer: Relevant experience will be considered while selecting candidates for these posts

Age Limit

Age of the candidate will be varied on the basis of post category. The following section covered Appreoxmate age limits required to apply for PGCIL recruitment

• For the General/ ST category, the maximum age is 29 years.
• For OBC (NCL) category maximum age is 32 years.
• And for SC category maximum age is 34 years.
