Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test Exam

Introduction

Kerala (K-TET) is an eligibility test conducted by the government of Kerala for filling the vacant teacher posts across the State. The candidates are required to qualify the exam in order to get eligible for a primary or upper primary teaching position in government schools across the State. Regular notifications pertaining to the vacancies and exam dates are released by the government on need basis. Similar notifications for TET are popular in states like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, etc. In order to stay updated about the notifications, candidates are advised to visit ‘Drona’ website.

  • Fill the form very carefully and add your details precisely
  • Upload scanned copies of the supporting documents
  • Pay the application fee

  • Save your registration number for future use.

Selection Procedure

Kerala (K-TET) Exam consists of two Papers viz. Paper-I & Paper-II. Both papers contain 150 Objective type questions respectively with 1 mark each. Total marks are 150 for each.

Kerala TET Paper-I

Candidates who aspire for teaching positions for Class I to V in Kerala Primary School have to qualify this exam.

Kerala TET Paper-II

Candidates who aspire for teaching positions for Class VI to VIII in Kerala Upper Primary School have to qualify this exam.
