  • For Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology: Who have done MSc.Ed degree in the related subjects with at least 50 marks or equivalent grade from any regional institutes of education.
  • For Commerce, French, German, Geology, Home Science, Journalism, Latin, Music, Philosophy, Psychology, Russian, Social Work, Sociology, Statistics, and Syriac: Candidates don’t require B.E.d degree for applying the SET exam.
  • English: Aspirants who have II class masters degree in communicative English with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade or B.Ed can appear for Kerala SET in English.
