Indian Navy Recruitment 2019 – 20 Notification 

Recently the Indian Navy has released a notification for the 144 vacancies of SSC ATC, SSC Observer, SSC Engineering Branch, and other posts in different branches. Written Test(INET) and Interview(SSB) is conducted to the candidates for selection. The written test consists of 100 multiple choice questions with a negative marking which is likely to be held in Feb 2020. After the written test shortlisted candidates will be informed about SSB interviews through E-Mail or mobile number.
Unmarried men and women eligible candidates can apply online on or before 03rd December 2019.

Executive Branch 

SSC Naval Armament Inspector Grade

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university
  • Age: Born between 02 Jan 1996 and Jul 2001

SSC ATC, SSC Observer, SSC Pilot (MR and Other than MR)

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks and also 60% marks in X and XII
  • Age: Born between 02 Jan 1996 and 01 Jan 2001

SSC Logistics

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech with a minimum of 60% marks from recognized university or MBA Or B.Sc/B.Com/B.Sc(IT) with first class with PG Diploma in Finance/Logistics/Supply Chain Management etc., or MCA/M.Sc (IT)
  • Age: Born between 02 Jan 1996 and 01 July 2001

SSC X (IT)

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering/M.Sc(Computer)/ MCA from recognized university.
  • Age: Born between 02 Jan 1996 and 01 Jul 2001

SSC General Science

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum of 60% of marks from a recognized university
  • Age: Born between 02 Jan 1996 and 01 Jul 2001

Technical Branch – SSC Engineering Branch

  • Education: B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Mechanical with Automation/ Marine/ Instrumentation/ Production/ Aeronautical/ Industrial Engineering and Management/ Control Engg/ Aero Space etc.,
  • Age: Born between 02 Jan 1996 and 01 Jul 2001

SSC Electrical Branch

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech with a minimum of 60% marks in streams like Electrical/ Electronics/ Tele Communications/  Electronics and Communications/ Power Engineering etc.,
  • Age: Born between 02 Jul 1996 and 01 Jul 2001

Education Branch – SSC Education

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Technology/ Information System/ Computer Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Age: Born between 02 Jan 1996 and 01 Jan 2000

Selection Process

Written test and Interview is conducted for the selection of candidates. They will be selected based on their merit in the interview and written test.
