Air India Limited Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • Contenders must have completed graduation in any discipline/ faculty from a recognized university with 2-year experience in inventory management/stores/warehouse management function.

Age Limit

  • Lower Age Limit: 21 years
  • Upper Age Limit: 33 Years

The relaxation in the upper age limit for OBC candidates is up to 3 years, for SC/ST candidates is 5 years.

Selection Procedure

Contenders are required to undergo the Professional Competency Assessment (PCA) round as part of the recruitment procedure. The criteria for PCA round will be as follows:

  • Job knowledge of Material Management: 30
  • Communication Skills: 30
  • Personality (Physical appearance/ attitude) and General awareness: 30
  • Working on ERP System/knowledge of computer and customs documentations: 10
  • Total: 100 marks

Air India Store Agent Pay Scale

The selected job seekers will get a remuneration of Rs. 21,000/- as CTC. The annual increment shall be RS. 250/- on the basic pay. The details of basic pay, DA, HRS, and others are listed here.

  • Basic Pay: Rs 7,000/-
  • DA (100% of Basic Pay): Rs 7,000/
  • HRA (30% of Basic Pay): Rs 2,100/-
  • Other Allowance (50% of Basic Pay): Rs 3,500/-
  • PF Contribution of Employer ( 10% of Basic Pay): Rs 1,400/-
  • Total CTC: Rs 21,000/-
